Marketing Strategy

    1. What is the primary market (s) you currently serve?

    3. Describe the types of technology clusters that exist in your defined primary markets.

    4. Describe the types of support organizations, including Venture Capitalists, Angel Groups, Universities [with significant research in technology areas-engineering, medical, computer science, and many others] large technology corporations, Intellectual Property or start-up attorneys, State government technology initiatives or organizations, that exist in your primary markets.

    5. List the connections your organization has to mentors, facilitators and guest speakers with experience in high-growth innovation-based start-ups.

Define the type of market(s) you will serve with FastTrac® TechVenture - IT hardware, telecom, software, healthcare technology, wireless technology, Internet, semiconductors, chemical-based companies, biotech, advanced materials, drug discovery, life science tools/diagnostic, pharmaceuticals, clinical research organizations, nano-technology, and other emerging industries).

        a. Identify the number of technology companies in the above-defined target markets.

        2. Market Penetration
        a. List your market penetration tactics to reach your defined target markets (i.e. advertising and promotion, direct mail, kick-off events, Venture Capital or Angel Forums, etc).

EEF looks for potential FastTrac® Marketing Administrators who:
  • Have the ability to market and implement entrepreneurial training programs effectively.
  • Are committed to quality standards and branding strategies of FastTrac®.
  • Are willing to actively participate in ongoing data collection and evaluation of FastTrac® training programs for alumni development and continuous improvement.

In addition:
    1. The FastTrac® Marketing Administrator should have a strong credible presence in communities for entrepreneurial development and for business growth. Please submit a list and references of prior experiences of all technology programs or similar opportunities.

    2. What experience do you have as an owner or part-owner of a small business, or in-depth experience working in technology ventures? Please explain.

    3. Who will be responsible for hiring FastTrac® Facilitators in your organization? (Facilitators are required to successfully complete the FastTrac® Facilitator Certification Program).
